Predicting positive organizational behavior based on structural and psychological empowerment among nurses

Abstract Background Positive Organizational Behavior (POB) as an application of positive psychology provides the opportunity to nurses deliver effective and high-quality service. This study aims predict organizational behavior based on structural psychological empowerment among Nurses. Method In this descriptive-analytical study, selected population was working in university hospitals affiliated Kermanshah University Medical Sciences, which 152 people were using quota sampling strategy according set entry criteria. The research data collected standard questionnaires Kanter’s Structural Empowerment, Spreitzer’s Psychological Luthans’ Behavior, then entered into SPSS16 software. Results There are significant direct relationships between elements with (r = 1.496), 1.379). Overall criteria 29% variance nurses. Conclusion highlights importance strong predictors for behavior.
